It is not for nothing that pull ups are compared to the deadlift for the upper body. I had to look better, feel better and be stronger. For my work. For my self confidence also. 50 pull ups a day did it. The results were awesome.
I had to get back in shape quickly for my Krav Maga exams important to continue my work in protecting people.
I didn’t have the time to go to a gym, so I did that simple routine for a month:
Total reps : 50 pull ups
1 rep, 2 reps, 3 reps, 4 reps, 5 reps, 4 reps, 3 reps, 2 reps, 1 rep.
It’s 25 pull ups.
Do it once more exactly the same way. That’s it, you just completed 50 pull ups easily.
Between each set you can rest as much as you need according to your fitness level.

The advantages of that workout
One of the advantages is that your muscles will get a warm up and will progressively increase the workload. It is easier on your body.
Another advantage no gym. No weights and a very efficient workout, no time consuming also. You are lifting here guys 100 % of your body weight.
So it is MORE difficult than lifting weights.
I advise to do that workout 2 or 3 times a week to start. You can increase the frequency after one month to 5 days per week.
It looks simple and it is. And the results are awesome. You arms will be bigger and your back too.
You will have that V shape that every guy on the planet dreams to have.
You will look better even with a simple tshirt on.
You can add push ups and skipping rope for more balance, and you won’t need anything else.
Start to train that way and see your muscles pop up. Oh and don’t hesitate to comment here for the serious guys who followed that simple but excellent workout.
Who said that working out had to be complicated?
For that workout you will need a pull up bar at home. You can purchase one here on Amazon.
